Hudson Valley Community College earned three 2020 SUNYCUAD (Council for University Advancement and Development) Awards for Excellence that recognize outstanding marketing and communications achievements across SUNY’s 64 college and university campuses.
The awards were announced at SUNYCUAD’s annual conference, which was a virtual event held Sept. 24 and 25.
Hudson Valley received three Judges’ Citations:
Excellence in Events
Special Event award for the grand opening of the Gene F. Haas Center for Advanced Manufacturing Skills (CAMS) held Aug. 27, 2019. Mr. Haas was among the project partners, college, SUNY and local officials who addressed the gathering that culminated with a ribbon cutting featuring two confetti cannons.
Exellence in Print Design
Cover award for the Spring 2020 Voices: A Library Lecture Series brochure.
Excellence in Publications Created on a Budget
Multi-page Publication award for Future Forward, a 2018-2019 annual report.
